This is a contract stating that you, the client/buyer, understand and agree that ALL photographs used and provided by the client/buyer for the use of a flyer are photos used WITH permission from the original photographer to be used for commercial purposes.

The client/buyer also agrees that they willingly and knowingly are providing Duck Creek Designs/Shalina S. Little with photos that Duck Creek Designs/Shalina S. Little has verbal or written permission to use.

The client/buyer also agrees to provide Duck Creek designs/Shalina S. Little with a copy of written permission to use photographs that are provided by the client/buyer in the case that photographs were taken by a photographer other than the client/buyer of the flyer provided and produced by Duck Creek Design/ Shalina S. Little.

Client/buyer will take FULL responsibility when written permission is not provided and client/buyer states verbally or written they have “permission” (which can be stated by the original photographer to the client/buyer and any agreement between the two parties (written or verbal)).

In the case legal action is made against Duck Creek Designs/Shalina S. Little. The client/buyer agrees to pay for ALL damages and legal fees held against Duck Creek Designs/Shalina S. Little for use of any photos provided to Duck Creek Designs/Shalina S. Little by client/buyer.

Client/buyer agrees to remove photographs from commercial use in the case that buyer willingly, knowingly, or unknowingly provided Duck Creek Designs/Shalina S. Little with photographs taken by any individual without permission.

Client/buyer is stating that they will take/hold FULL responsibility for photographs provided to Duck Creek Designs/ Shalina S. Little and will NOT hold Duck Creek Designs/ Shalina S. Little liable, responsible, or take legal action for providing a flyer to client/buyer with provided photographs by the client/buyer.

This Contract is binding and will never expire between the client/buyer and Duck Creek Designs/Shalina S. Little. Fill in your name below which will server as your signature of this contract.

This document precedes the release of a flyer provided by Duck Creek Designs/Shalina S. Little.
